…..Orchestrating every detail according to your requests to fully realize your special day. You may truly experience Stress Free Wedding Planning. This service has proved ideal for our local Grenadian clients as well as returnee Grenadian couples; its great for busy couples & those planning from afar.

Your wedding can include:

- Ceremony and Reception Planning, coupled with Coordination Service.

- Recommend and locate 2-3 possible venues that meet your requirements and are available on your requested date.

- Grenada Wedding W.I. Can fast track you to the best wedding-related suppliers on island. We advise you of all applicable fees, deposits and payment deadlines for use of ceremony/receptions venue.

- We can confirm your marriage officer, we take care of all legal paperwork via long distance and allow you total peace of mind when we contract your other services.

- We obtain menu options & catering quotations for your reception.

- Liaise with reception site manager/caterers to finalize catering and prices We share our expertise with you of cost saving tips & suggestions.

- Liaise book and confirm all services needed for the ceremony and reception such as music, photography, video, decorations, flowers for bridal party, transport, equipment rentals and any other service you desire.

- Providing updated statement of account & simply payment procedures.

- On the day presence for co-ordination of set up (plus the option for being on hand for the duration of your event is offered).

*All packages are subject to a 18% service charge. All packages include full set up and pack down. All packages include assistance for up to 6 persons attending your wedding. And include beautiful covered chairs & clothed table to sign the register. If you have guests joining you these fees also include seating for your guests, and a petal and conch shell aisle. For weddings of up to 10 persons the service charge is 25% and 10% thereafter after per 10 persons or under, when coordinating weddings with guests. Transportation to location is included for the bride and groom to their venue on their special day , and can be arranged at an applicable charge for your guests if required.
